Armature Works has become one of my favorite downtown Tampa locations for engagement photoshoots! There are so many great architectural elements to incorporate into a photo session and I had so much fun capturing Ariana and Josh's engagement at this unique location. Originally a TECO streetcar warehouse, this local favorite mixed-use commercial space consists of a shared work space, retail space, Heights Public Market, several event spaces and waterfront dining. It a great spot for a romantic date night or outing with the family. Whether you're looking to grab a bite to eat, sip some coffee, shop, grab a drink, or listen to live music, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy in this unique historical place.

We started Ariana and Josh's engagement session with a few photos in front of the Steelbach Restaurant, and then took advantage of the amazing mural artwork a few blocks down the street near Cafe Hey. We  returned to Armature works to take some photos inside since it was a bit of a chilly day in Tampa (which you never would have guessed from looking at the photos because Ariana and Josh were such great sports and totally rocked their engagement session!). Being able to work indoors and around the courtyard during rainy or chilly weather is another reason I am in love with taking photos at this location.  Did I mention they also have beautiful venue spaces available for weddings and events?
